High Desert Engineering, LLC was founded by Werner Arntz, P.E. in 2017. Werner graduated from Linfield College (McMinnville, OR) in May 2007 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Applied Physics and then graduated in 2010 with a Masters of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University (Corvallis, OR). Werner has been a licensed professional engineer in the state of Oregon since 2014.
